CICAA is recruiting for an Corporate Administrator on behalf of a corporate service provider. This is a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
Managing daily communication and administrative tasks with attorneys, clients, and external service providers for the assigned portfolio of entities, including updating and providing registers and/or records.
Preparing and filing corporate documents with government agencies.
Interpreting resolutions and agreements, and update the corporate records accordingly.
Maintaining internal databases and systems including ViewPoint.
Conducting due diligence in respect of related parties in liaison with the Compliance Department.
Reviewing all invoices in relation to the Portfolio and liaising with the client regarding payment of the same.
Attend to ongoing administrative related to assigned portfolio.
Assisting with additional ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma.
Minimum of three (3) years' Corporate Administration experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Viewpoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
The ability to operate with strictest of confidentiality.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines as well as work independently but as a cooperative member of a team.
