CICAA is recruiting for an Corporate Administrator Assistant
Assistant on behalf of a corporate
service provider in the Cayman Islands. This is a 6
month contract.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with third parties and internal business functions to support corporate administration activities.
Liaising with clients and intermediaries via email and telephone.
Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including the organized and secure storage and retrieval of documentation.
Preparing and filing of formation documents with the Registrar
Supporting the corporate administrative team with remediation projects.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of one year of professional experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ViewPoint is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
